I'm last to write my bio, but certainly not the least. I'm Effie. I'm the itsy, bitsy puppy around here. My brother Eeyore and I were 'dopted by a family of four; Mama, Elliot, Easter and Eureka. I'm not sure where our mama went, but it's okay I guess. We are now with SWAT and ready to find our forever and ever homes. C'mon, I'm adorable. Just pick up the phone and call me!
